In most cases it takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete new orders for shipping.

Each item is custom made to order and requires 2 to 4 weeks waiting period to complete depending on demand and supply.

If you need special arrangements we sometimes can accommodate but you must call in advance before ordering.

Shipping time once your order is complete and delivered to postal service can take 2 to 10 days depending on the area your tipi is being shipped to.

Be advised that U.S. Customs and Border Protection can hold your item for many days once your items arrive. We have no control when customs holds your item.

Natural Cotton Duck (standard fabric) is 100% cotton and it comes with no warranty or guaranty for the fabric itself.

Sunforger® FIRE RETARDANT is certified 100% cotton duck which comes pre-treated for fire proofing, waterproofing, and mildew resistance. We offer no warranty or guaranty for the fabric itself other than a fire certificate (not supplied) which is only available by special request.

Earth Lodge (Sunbrella Fabric) is 100% acrylic vat dyed fabric. It comes with a manufactures warranty that cover fading and shrinking for a period of 7 years. All warranty requests for fading rotting and shrinkage are prorated and not 100% covered. warranty rework only covers the cost of fabric and does not include the cost of labor for repairs or shipping. The Earth Lodge is the only product we offer with a guarantee for 24/7/365 use, and will not rot, fade, or shrink. Our workmanship guarantee  covers the first 5 years from date of purchase.

We accept returns under these conditions:

1.   The tipi can not be set up or used. It must be unused and returned in the original box with all components intact.
2.   We will charge a restocking fee of 10% for all returned items.
3.   All shipping cost will be paid by buyer for all returns.
